This unit taught me how to break down and explain the different elements of grammar to a student who is learning English and how to explain the functions of each part. Each separate part of the grammar, such as articles, nouns, and verbs were explained in a basic way and their functions were demonstrated. There were also additions that explained common errors, mistakes, or trouble spots for students unfamiliar with English to give the teacher an idea of what areas are helpful to focus on.
