Throughout this unit I have learnt the basic methods of designing a syllabus. There is a number of factors that need to be considered before designing a syllabus such as the level of english and the age of the students. I have learnt that a level testing and a needs analysis can help before starting the course. Depending on the situation there are a variety of Syllabus structures. I also learnt about the limiting factors that come with designing a syllabus. I have learnt about the different types of testing used throughout the course and also how to prepare the students for some examinations.
