If the teacher gives the answer each time, it can become an enormous problem. Instead, centre upon giving decent stimulation. This appease students and makes them feel comfortable and eager. The most common problem is to use their native language. As an English teacher, it's crucial to stimulate students to use English during the lesson. If students start to use their native language, you can build classroom rules and penalize them. Sometimes a student diverts other students’ attention away. The teacher should be aware of which student he/she is the trouble maker and set rules in order it won’t happen again. As long as students participate in the lessons ,everything will be okay but if the lesson is distracted too much the teacher should take precaution. In case of arising any problem you can seperate them. In order to being understood, it's important to make sure your instruction are clear and concise. You can take advantage of using gestures, mime, and short sentences. You can use body language, eye contact, facial expressions. You can make profit worksheets, pictures or play games to attract the students. Students sometimes get bored in the classroom. In order to solve this problem the teacher should plan his/her program beforehand. Select a topic that interests them and this will help them enjoy themselves. Teachers meet different levels at times. Having a good students in the classroom helps teacher all the time. Because while learning a foreign language some students have difficulty in understanding the structure or usage of the language. In that case the teacher choose good students to help the ones who are not successful. For example they can sit and study together. Teacher should monitor them and at the end of the lesson calling them to the board to present their work may be reassuring. If students are not ready to learn a new subject, encourage them to participate in the lesson or if any students have individual problems, talk to them with a trusting way. Slowness can be distracting and disruptive to other students. If it becomes a real problem for students, be sure they are kept under control. Set rules about slowness and penalties for breaking them. The teachers are charged with keeping students meticuluos and vigorous. Being attentive in the classroom for the teachers sometimes can be troublesome.
