This unit gives a strong foundation to what a young learner is, and the difference between the two main groups. A strong introduction to the valuable ESA methodology as well as a general view of the levels of the four skills for young learners. I especially liked the charts showing the levels of listening, speaking, reading, and writing for both groups 1 and 2.
