In this unit, I learnt that students need to be motivated, so as a teacher , I should encourage and guide students more . And they should be exposed to the language , so during the English class , we should lead the students to speak English as much as possible , only enough input can lead to output . ESA is currently the most effecitive and most logical of all the methodologies to apply in the classroom . So I will try to use this method in my future English Class . First, the "Engage" step helps to arouse students' interest , and then "Study " helps students to focus on the construction of the Language. "Activity" helps students to use the language freely and communicatively . As a teacher, we should also learn when and how to correct students' mistakes .
