I learnt that it is crucial to engage learners in the teaching and learning process and the teacher has to be careful to choose a method appropriate for the level of learners. Sometimes too much correction may put off the learner, however, it is quite crucial to correct errors immediately. Learners can create mistakes in their own even without being prompted and correcting may be done by the self, fellow learners or by the teacher.
